Collaboration across educational boundaries
DigiNet is a nationwide network of educational institutions that strengthens digital competence, research collaboration and pedagogical development in social and healthcare. The network brings together upper secondary institutions, universities of applied sciences and universities, and builds collaboration with wellbeing services counties, businesses and other organisations in the field.
Our aim is to promote the exchange of knowledge, expertise and good practices between education, research and professional practice. Together, we support digital competence in social and healthcare across Finland.
At DigiNet, we
- make training needs and opportunities visible
- anticipate developments in the field and future skills needs
- advance digitalisation and information management in health and wellbeing
- share good practices between education and professional practice.
DigiNet supports the implementation of national strategies and collaborates with other networks in the field. Our partners include the Finnish social and healthcare AI ecosystem and Digital Health Finland.
